What is your return & exchange policy?

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your regular priced items and sale items (unless marked as Final Sale) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or store credit.

Your items must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original tags attached in order to be eligible. When appropriate, we recommend you try on clothing with an undergarment.

Items that CANNOT be exchanged or refunded:

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items without original packaging and/or tags
  • Gift Cards

To complete a return, follow our guided returns process. Once you have created a return or exchange, you must ship your unwanted item(s) back to us within 14 days. Returns received after the delivery deadline will be eligible for store credit only.

Other things to note:

  • Items cannot be returned after 30 days
  • Original shipping cost is not refundable when an item is returned or exchanged
  • We will cover the return shipping cost for U.S. shipping addresses only
Can I return a gift?

Gifts can be returned and exchanged for online store credit only

Please select the "Returning a gift?" option in our Returns Center.

You will need the order number and shipping postal code to complete a gift return via our automated system. This information can be found on the packing slip from the original order.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email if your refund has been processed.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for your approved refund credit to process and show on your original form of payment. If you used an e-gift card or store credit, you will be refunded in the form of a new e-gift card.

Any additional items included in your return package will be refunded once processed and reviewed at our warehouse. 

If your return package contains fewer items than selected in the Returns Center, or if the returned items do not meet our guidelines, our 'Ohana Care Team will reach out to collect payment.

How do I start an exchange?

To start an exchange, go to our Returns Center and follow the guided instructions. Simply select any applicable return reason and then click "Exchange item for a different size or color" to exchange for the same item in a different color/size or "Exchange for a different item or get a refund" to choose a new item from our website. Please note: if selecting a new item, you will be responsible for paying for the difference in price OR you will receive a refund for the difference if the new item is more or less expensive than the original.

You will be prompted to pick your preferred option. Print your return label and promptly mail back the item that didn't work for you.

Please note: Our inventory is subject to change and stock is not guaranteed until you ship your return back to us. As soon as your return shipment is scanned by the carrier, an exchange order will automatically be created in our system. We highly recommend shipping your order back to us as soon as you process your exchange to ensure the item you're exchanging will still be in stock.

What is your holiday return policy?

All orders placed between October 15, 2024 and December 24, 2024, will have an extended holiday return window.

For your convenience, we will accept returns on orders placed during these dates until February 1, 2025.

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.

Can I return or exchange my order in store?

For your convenience, items purchased online from Reynspooner.com may also be returned at any Reyn Spooner retail store. Please bring your order packing slip and shipping materials with you to process your return.

Please note: In-store exchanges are currently unavailable. When returning your online order at one of our retail locations, you will be eligible for a refund only.

Do you accept international returns?

We are pleased to offer returns for our international customers for a flat fee of $25.

Helpful Return Tips

  • Remember to Keep the Tags On: If you return an item without the original tags attached, the return or exchange will not be approved.

  • Return & Exchange New Items Only: Returned and exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition without any damage.

  • Make Note of Final Sale Items: All items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. These items are marked online during your shopping and checkout process to alleviate confusion.

  • Gifts Can Be Returned For Store Credit Only: You will need the original order number and shipping postal code to complete a gift return.

  • Don't Delay, You Have 30 Days: Items cannot be returned after 30 days of your purchase unless you order during the holiday return window.

  • We Need Your Return Package Within 14 Days: Returns received after the delivery deadline will be eligible for store credit only.
